Chef Ray was fantastic- we hired him for our Palm Springs bachelorette of 9 people, and he was a great choice! His prices were reasonable, straightforward, and without any hidden fees (tip included). He was responsive and arrived exactly on time. The food was great!! Everyone raved about the salad and bacon-wrapped filet mignon! He even included a birthday candle for the bride. Chef Ray was amazing!! He arrived on time and got right to work cooking our steak and potato dinner while my friends and I relaxed. Our dinner was absolutely delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. Ray was very professional, kind and quick to respond when booking our dinner with him. Ray was beyond amazing to deal with. Starting off with negotiating the budget and the menu, to making specific requests as far as allergies go. He was on time and was extremely nice.
